Had my windows replace yesterday by Geoff and his team. I am still smiling. Everything went smoothly from my initial contact with Geoff right up to the installation of the windows. The windows have changed the look of the house completely. They are fantastic guys to deal with, very professional, courteous, tidy, efficient and punctual. Geoff Case Windows was recommended by our property manager Julia at Ray White Lara. Everything went well from the time the Quotation arrived to the job completion. We replaced 4 windows. Geoff knew that the property is tenanted and had to get the job done asap. Although we were not able to see the completed job physically, the photos taken were quite impressive. Geoff was an absolute pleasure to deal with when organising replacements for my old windows that were on the way out. He was super helpful and a pro-active communicator every step of the way, including making adjustments to the quote, providing advice when selecting the window colours and styles, arranging install dates and providing photos to show the installation progress on the day.

We have just had two large sliding doors replaced by Geoff and his team (Cameron and Josh). From start to finish it has been fantastic. Geoff was great with his approach, advice and flexibility. Cameron and Josh were excellent and very professional with everything they did, and very considerate of the impact of the work on our house. We were very happy with the quoted price and the quality of the materials and work are first class.

Geoff and his fabulous team replaced 13 windows and sliding doors in our house. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Great communication, punctuality, a polite and respectful team and they clean up thoroughly after their work! And the double glazing is giving us the silence and heat retention that we wanted. Would definitely recommend Geoff Case Windows!
